GDSense is an Industrial IOT solution that provides complex measurement solution utilizing precision sensor hardware and data analysis software at the backend. The system supports long-range wireless data transmission, data repository and analysis and intelligence dash board presentation. Customization to customer workflow process is possible through customize sensing requirements and data analysis.
A wide range of wireless node with different electrical interface supports various sensors from temperature, humidity, gas, air flow, water level, vibration just to name a few. The sensor node connects to a gateway acting as a relay to transmit raw sensor data to GDSense cloud server. The gateway sensor communication link can be up to 5km under a line of sight condition. The sensor node is designed for ultra low power consumption and able to operate from AA battery as well as solar cell.
These highly portable sensor nodes can be easily deployed to locations that are off grid. The sensors are connected to the gateway using ISM band frequency which is free thus further lower the operating cost compares to conventional sensor node that uses 4G modem.
GDSense is a low cost digitalization tool allows crucial data capture for study and solution be crafted to further improve the process and work flow.
